This notice explains how we use the details you share on our form. Our team reads your request and helps you explore coaching support.

What we collect

We ask for your name, email, business name, and city. We also ask about your goal and where your business is now. You can add a phone number or a message, but you do not have to.

We save the date and time you send the form. We also keep a record of your choice to let us contact you. Please leave out bank details and other private data we do not need.

How we use your details

We save your request so the team can read it and get in touch. If email alerts are set up, we also send your request to the team’s chosen email address. The form does not sign you up for paid coaching or a mailing list.

Who can see your request

The team and coaches who may be able to help can read your request. The services that host and store the site also process your data. Our email provider handles the alerts we send to our team. We do not send you a copy of the form. We do not post your details for the public to see.

How we store requests

We keep requests in the site’s data store. Only a signed-in site owner can open the inbox and settings. The team keeps your request so they can respond and follow up.

To help block spam, we briefly save a coded form of your network address. We also limit repeat requests from the same email address. These codes are not included in emails about your request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for bots before we accept the form. It processes browser and network data for that check.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank. Reply to the team’s email to ask us to stop contacting you, fix your details, or delete your request.

You can also use our form to reach the team. Use the same email address as before. Put your privacy request in the message box.

Cookies and other sites

We do not add ad trackers to this site. The service that hosts the site may use cookies for access and sign-in. Other sites we link to have their own privacy rules.
